CHDG - After The Flip, LLC will purchase distressed properties, renovate them to meet or exceed neighborhood standards and rent them to members of the community.
Multi-Family
Sometimes, CHDG and CHDG - After The Flip will come across a multi-family property that is need of some Tender Loving Care. We will renovate both residences and either sell or rent them to members of the community. These make great opportunities for landlords or a landlord/tenant. You can own both, live in one unit while renting out the other unit…living mortgage free while the tenant’s rent pays off your mortgage!!!
Property Management

CHDG includes this section, not to take advantage of a bad situation, but to try and provide the best solution for all parties involved. Unfortunately, the damage has already been done, however, we may be able to help you stay in your home.

If you have a house that is distressed but do not have the design experience or time to make it your dream home, then contact us and we can make it happen.
Architectural Design
CHDG has available to them the licensed and knowledgeable experience of certified professional architects who can provide their services for any project requiring additional special attention, such as structural challenges and extensive design.

CHDG is able to provide lovely interior design services, both in-house and from licensed professionals, such as architects and design professionals with years of experience.
Landscape Design
CHDG is able to provide stunning landscape design services, both in-house and from licensed professionals, such as architects and design professionals with years of experience.
